Your Home.

Your Way.

Providing premium NDIS supported housing in Western Australia.

At GR8, we work together with you and your support team to find you the perfect home. One that represents independence, dignity and freedom.

Because we understand that it’s more than housing.

It’s about choosing where you want to live, and who you choose to share day to day living with.

Our Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) properties have been strategically placed in areas where transport, shops, medical centres and chemists are all close by.

Kind Words.

I’ve been looking forward to this day for a while and now that it’s finally here, I'm a bit in disbelief. I know for me, it’s been enjoyable, but I never thought it would be this easy to move out of home.

Casey King is well-known in the NDIS community for her expertise in helping people living with disability navigate the complexities of NDIS housing. From understanding funding and approvals to finding a quality, purpose-designed home, Casey is passionate about supporting independence and wellbeing. So we’re especially excited to welcome Casey to the GR8 team as we work to help more people living with disability find somewhere they can truly call home. Casey not only brings a special blend of property experience and NDIS expertise to our team, but she is also a strong and compassionate communicator and problem-solver. “I’d been building my career in property management, but it wasn’t until I completed a Certificate III in Community Services in 2022 that everything fell into place and my career path became clear,” Casey said. “Everything just clicked and I realised I could take everything I’d learned as a property manager and leasing consultant, and use it to make a difference in the lives of people living with disability.” Casey went on to work for a national NDIS provider, helping change the lives of NDIS participants in WA, before new horizons beckoned and GR8 jumped at the chance to welcome her to our team. Casey knows that even though no two housing solutions are the same, they all represent independence, dignity and opportunity. “There’s so much opportunity within the NDIS for people to live more independently and comfortably but not everyone knows what’s possible,” Casey said. “One of the most important aspects of my role is helping people understand the housing opportunities available. When NDIS participants and providers work together, more people can live in a home that truly supports their goals and wellbeing.”
